NOORA RAJ BROWN, PRINCIPAL
STUDIO NRB is founded and helmed by Noora Raj Brown, the luxury brand consultant and interior designer.
A Cannes Lions, CFDA and Forbes “50 Top CMOs” award-winning marketer, Raj Brown is the former EVP of Brand at goop where she directed the transformation and scale of the business from a newsletter into a lifestyle juggernaut. She joined the company at 30 employees as the first communications hire, and helped build the foundational goop properties to encompass award-winning branded products, a multi-brand ecommerce shop, a robust wholesale business, television production, live events, food delivery and retail stores. As EVP, Brand, Raj Brown oversaw all global initiatives across brand and integrated marketing, creative, content, communications, influencer, events, partnerships, retail and social media.
Prior to goop, she held a variety of brand marketing, communications and editorial roles, starting her career at Condé Nast. In addition to working on storied media titles, such as InStyle, Details, Departures and Wallpaper*, Raj Brown spent many years on the agency side for major players in luxury fashion, CPG, nonprofit, beauty and culture.
Raj Brown is a founding board member of I am a Voter, a civic engagement platform, and serves on the executive committee of the Hammer Museum’s Collective, which supports the Hammer Projects.
Raj Brown’s career, commentary and interiors have been featured in Architectural Digest, Vogue, Cultured, The New York Times, ELLE, Konfekt and Town & Country, among others.
She is a cofounder of La Chute, a contributing style editor at Marie Claire and the editor of the popular fashion and design newsletter Objects of Desire, one of Substack’s top 100 fashion publications.
